These Terms govern your use of the Globe Jobs website, its related features, and all services provided by Globe Jobs Inc. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Services Provided

Globe Jobs is an online employment platform designed to connect employers and job seekers across Canada.
Our goal is to simplify recruitment by providing a transparent, efficient, and direct hiring experience.

We offer:

• A platform for employers to register, post jobs, and discover qualified candidates.

• A platform for job seekers to create a profile and resume that becomes visible to potential employers.

Globe Jobs is not an employment agency and does not participate in or guarantee hiring, interviews, or employment offers. All interactions, negotiations, and agreements between employers and job seekers are conducted independently of Globe Jobs.

2. Registration and Fees

Job Seekers

To join Globe Jobs and become visible to employers:

• You must register by completing a short profile and answering a few questions.

• A one-time registration fee of $23 CAD is required to activate your account and publish your resume.

• This fee includes creating your resume/profile, which is made visible to employers hiring in your chosen job category.

• There are no recurring or hidden fees—your resume remains active and accessible to employers after payment.

Employers

Employers can currently:

• Register for free.

• Create a company profile.

• Post unlimited job openings at no cost.

This free access for employers is part of our introductory launch phase. Any future subscription or payment requirements will be announced in advance.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Employers

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to post only genuine job openings and accurate company information.

• You must not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.

Job Seekers

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information in your profile and resume.

• You understand that by registering and paying the one-time fee, your information will be visible to employers seeking candidates in your selected category.

• You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, resume, and communications with employers.

All users agree to act respectfully and professionally while using Globe Jobs.

4. Payments and Transactions

• All payments on Globe Jobs are securely processed through Stripe.

• The $23 CAD job seeker registration fee is non-refundable once your profile is activated.

• Employers currently use the platform for free, but any future payment model will be clearly communicated before implementation.

• Globe Jobs does not store any credit card or payment details.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All data collected through the platform is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

While we use appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee complete security. You share information at your own discretion and risk.

6. Content and Accuracy

Globe Jobs serves as a neutral platform.
We do not guarantee or verify the accuracy of job postings, resumes, or user-provided information.

We are not liable for:

• Misrepresentation by employers or job seekers.

• Inaccurate or outdated job postings or profiles.

• Any employment outcome or hiring decision.

We encourage all users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into professional agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globe Jobs shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from reliance on user-submitted information.

• Technical errors, downtime, or interrupted access to the platform.

• Misuse of data or information by third parties.

• Employment-related disputes between employers and job seekers.

Use of the Globe Jobs platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use.

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Engage in unethical or inappropriate activity on the platform.

Termination may occur without prior notice if user behavior threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Globe Jobs shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
